Johnson & Johnson Latina site invites you to join the Operational Excellence Team for a 6-month internship. You will be trained to support value stream mapping, lean initiatives and standard work within the NPI projects.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; strong MS Office skills; you will gain hands-on experience in continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving at a global healthcare leader.

Qualificações

• Degree in scientific fields, engineering, statistics or other STEM sciences.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Proficiency in Italian.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Support Value Stream Mapping execution for NPI products.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma tool application (Value stream map, 5S, Kaizen, standard work).
• Support Lean Yellow Belt project execution.
• Promote Lean culture on site applying J&J fundamentals.
• Site KPI understanding and support.
• Support Operational Excellence base processes.
• Identify data-driven improvement opportunities across areas.

Activities:

The internship lasts 6 months and it will be supporting and trained on:

• Support the Value Stream Mapping execution for NPI products
• Support projects aimed at Lean / Six sigma standard tool application (Value stream map, 5S, Kaizen, standard work..)
• Support the execution of Lean Yellow belt project (Lean Yellow belt certification path will be a must to achieve)
• Support the enhancement of a drive Lean culture on the site supporting Lean standard J&J fundamentals application
• Site KPI’s understanding and support
• Support Operational Excellence Base business standard processes
• Support the site continuous improvement identifying data driven opportunities in different areas

Requirements:

• Degree in scientific fields, Engineering, Statistics and other similar STEM sciences.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
• Proficiency in Italian
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).

As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range

The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is: 6 months, 950 euro monthly
