Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites an intern to join the Operational Excellence Team located in Latina, Italy, for a six-month stage, to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare company. You will support value stream mapping for NPI products, Lean/Six Sigma tools, and Lean Yellow Belt activities, while helping to embed a data-driven continuous improvement mindset.

Applicants should hold a STEM degree, be fluent in English and Italian, and have strong MS Office skills to succeed in this

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific fields, engineering, statistics or similar STEM.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Proficiency in Italian.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Value Stream Mapping execution for NPI products.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma tool applications (Value stream map, 5S, Kaizen, standard work).
• Support Lean Yellow Belt project execution and certification path.
• Help enhance Lean culture on site with J&J fundamentals.
• Understand site KPIs and support related activities.
• Assist Operational Excellence base business standard processes.
• Identify data-driven improvement opportunities across areas.
