Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Milan is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Hematology/Oncology team. You will assist in developing the annual brand plan for Imbruvica, prepare promotional materials, and help compile analyses and dashboards.

The internship provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales, plus opportunities to learn how innovative therapies are positioned and promoted in a competitive area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be curious.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel required).
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in developing and executing the annual brand plan for Imbruvica.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and internal communications.
• Support analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.
• Assist in organizing congresses, advisory boards, webinars, and educational events.
• Contribute to development of customer-facing and field-force materials.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Compliance, and Sales on cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business reviews using internal data sources.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to marketing projects.
