WWS CAREERS is seeking a clinical product specialist in spine/neurosurgery, based in Italy with a hybrid work model and significant travel across Europe. You will train surgeons and distributors, providing critical OR insight to shape how the implant is taught and positioned.

Ideal candidates have real OR experience, strong technical background, and fluent English. Italian residency in Italy is required; you will influence product development from the operating room up.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a product/clinical specialist in spine or neurosurgery.
• Real OR experience and comfort in front of surgeons.
• A scientific or technical background.
• Fluent English; Italian based in Italy.

Mansioni

• Trains surgeons and distributors across Europe.
• Becomes the clinical reference point on the ground.
• Bring the voice of the operating room back to the product team.
• Engage OR teams to shape positioning and teaching of the device.
