Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative for Emilia-Romagna on a 12-month FTC. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff to support spinal instrumentation and implants while expanding our reseller network.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, fast-paced medical device environment, and strong relationship-building across accounts. University degree preferred; compensation is competitive with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants.
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure.
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts.
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
