VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Spine Sales Associate to expand our network of reseller partners across hospitals, dealers, and distributors, driving revenue and market presence in Emilia-Romagna.

You will support surgical teams, manage instrumentation and implants, learn spinal anatomy and techniques through structured training, and collaborate with surgeons and hospital staff to deliver exceptional service in a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Sales, business development, or technical experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Communicative English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Product and sales training provided based on experience level

About The Role

VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts

Education

University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.

Experience & Qualifications
