Blupura is seeking a Marketing Communications professional in Emilia-Romagna to support the annual marketing plan, campaigns and the development of sales tools for customers, distributors and partners. You will coordinate activities with internal teams and external suppliers while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities include managing WordPress websites, creating content for social media and email campaigns, producing brochures and promotional materials, and monitoring

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years' marketing experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, CRM tools.
• Experience in B2B, hospitality, beverage or premium sectors.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and generative AI platforms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platforms
• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools
• Experience within B2B, hospitality, beverage or premium product sectors
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and communications
• Experience using generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools) to support content creation, campaign development, market research and productivity
• Interest in emerging digital marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing trends

Salary

Base Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €30,000 - €35,000
