Sirmax Group in Padova is seeking a Marketing Specialist Intern to support the Marketing & Communication team in internal and external communications, content creation, digital channel management and events.

The internship offers a 6-month program with a monthly allowance of €600, international collaboration, training and professional development opportunities, and a pathway to permanent employment within an innovative, industrial-focused group.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or similar disciplines.
• Familiarity with the Adobe suite or other graphic design tools (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

The Marketing Specialist Intern supports the Marketing & Communication team in internal and external communication activities, contributing to the promotion of the company’s image and the development of marketing initiatives. He/she collaborates on the creation of content and communication materials, the management of digital channels, the organization of events and the monitoring of marketing activities, interacting with the various company departments and subsidiaries abroad.

Main Activities:

• Support with content for the company website;
• Creating and updating corporate presentations, brochures and communication materials;
• Support with managing social media channels and editorial plans;
• Monitoring marketing activities and collecting data for reports and KPIs;
• Support with organizing trade fairs, events and employer branding initiatives;
• Updating marketing databases and lead generation;
• Supporting the production of newsletters, press releases and digital content;
• Collaborating with various company departments and subsidiaries abroad to collect content and information;
• Supporting communication projects related to sustainability, innovation and business development;
• Market analysis and research into trends, sectors and key players.

Requirements of the position:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or similar disciplines;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, (in particular PowerPoint and Excel);
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with the main social media platforms and digital communication tools;
• Interest in B2B marketing, and the Industrial sector;
• Knowledge of the Adobe suite or other graphic design tools (preferred).
