Blupura, based in Bologna, seeks a motivated Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of campaigns for OEM Group Brands and product portfolio. You will blend creativity with execution to develop campaigns, content, and materials that drive growth and brand awareness.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, manage digital platforms, email campaigns, events, and promotional materials across websites, social media, and brochures.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva.

We are looking for a motivated, creative and hands‑on Marketing Specialist that reporting to the Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for some of the OEM Group Brands and product portfolio. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with operational execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, supporting events and producing marketing materials that contribute to business growth and brand awareness.

Key Accountabilities Marketing & Communication

• Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials

Digital Marketing

• Manage and update company websites through WordPress
• Create and publish content across social media platforms
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms

Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Create marketing materials using: Canva Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
• Produce brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters and promotional materials
• Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns and product launches

Events & Trade Marketing

• Support the organisation of exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and product launches
• Coordinate event materials, merchandising and promotional assets
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies and external partners to ensure successful project delivery

Administration & Project Support

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of: WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience in social media management and content creation

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platforms

• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools

• Experience using generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools) to support content creation, campaign development, market research and productivity
• Interest in emerging digital marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing trends
