Emerson in Lugagnano Val d’Arda (PC) seeks a Special Testing Engineer to support specialized testing activities for valve and actuator products. You will analyze customer specs, develop testing procedures, and collaborate with project teams to ensure safety and quality.

You will review plans, propose alternatives when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement, with a focus on meeting customer and industry standards.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and interpret standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, integrity, and customer focus.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer specifications, project requirements, and testing criteria.
• Evaluate testing requirements and compliance with standards and capabilities.
• Develop alternative technical solutions when standard methods need modification.
• Review inspection and test plans for alignment with quality standards.
• Create and maintain procedures for specialized testing activities (high-pressure gas, cryogenic, fugitive emission, vacuum, high-temperature, disc strength, FAT).
• Collaborate with project management, quality, manufacturing, and testing teams to support test execution and certification.
• Incorporate customer feedback into testing procedures to ensure approval and compliance.
• Provide technical support during testing and help resolve issues.
