If you are a Quality Assurance Project Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in Lugagnano Val d’Arda (PC). In this role, you will support quality and project execution activities by reviewing customer requirements, preparing and managing quality documentation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Your work will help enable operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and in particular with Project Management, playing a key role in ensuring customer requirements are translated into successful project execution.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 28000 & 40000 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. The role is suitable for candidates with early career experience as well as professionals looking to further develop their skill in project quality. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression (CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda).
