Emerson is seeking an Inspection & Testing Engineer in Lugagnano Val d’Arda (PC) to lead inspection and testing activities within a manufacturing setting, ensuring products meet customer and regulatory standards. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 28000 & 40000 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. The role is suitable for candidates with early career experience as well as professionals looking to further develop their skill in project quality. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression (CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda).
