Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to lead inspection and testing activities in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate with customers, inspectors, and regulators, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding safety, quality, and compliance.

You will manage cryogenic and valve testing, develop documentation, and mentor technicians and engineers. Strong English and Italian skills are essential for collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, and project management.
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation and standards.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you lead inspection and testing activities in a manufacturing setting to ensure products meet standards and customer requirements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-time project delivery while upholding safety, quality, and compliance. You will manage cryogenic and valve testing, develop documentation, and act as the main liaison with customers and third-party inspectors. This position offers growth through hands-on leadership and exposure to regulatory and technical standards.

• Lead and coordinate inspection and testing to support production and business objectives
• Ensure valve testing complies with international standards, customer specs, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee cryogenic testing, including setup, safety, temperature stabilization, and leak detection
• Act as primary contact for customers, inspectors, and regulators during testing and inspection
• Coordinate inspection schedules, witness testing, and documentation for a smooth customer experience
• Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection records, calibration docs, non-conformance reports, and quality records
• Support compliance with customer requirements, international standards, PED, and project specs
• Champion HSE and quality practices to promote a positive safety culture
• Support and develop technicians and engineers to build capability and continuous learning
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, project management, and shipping to improve collaboration and efficiency
• Support customer visits, factory inspections, meetings, and shipment planning to ensure on-time delivery
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, quality, and project management
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, specifications, standards, and engineering documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Professional working proficiency in English and Italian
