Job summary

IMA Corazza in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Spare Parts Assistant to prepare quotes for replacement parts and provide technical support from order receipt through shipping and invoicing.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Customer Service and Technical Department to handle technical and sales requests, and you will directly manage customers and agents in assigned territories after training.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of French, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or college degree in a language-related field, or equivalent qualification.

For IMA Corazza we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant.
IMA Corazza is the division that manufactures dosing and packaging machines for the Food & Dairy industry.

Work Location: Bologna (BO)

The Role

• Preparing sales quotes for the sale of replacement parts;
• Providing technical support and customer service throughout the entire process: from order receipt to shipping and invoicing;
• Collaborating with various company departments (Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Department) to ensure effective handling of technical and sales-related requests;
• Directly managing, following a period of training and mentoring, customers and agents in assigned territories.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Compensation Package

The initial gross annual salary will be € 34.000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
