Job summary

IMA Group in Bologna is seeking a Spare Parts Assistant for the IMA Corazza division. The role involves preparing quotes for replacement parts, delivering technical support from order receipt to invoicing, and coordinating with Project Management, Customer Service, and the Technical Department.

You will directly manage customers and agents in designated territories, after a training period. Excellent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or college degree in a language-related field, or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Preparing sales quotes for the sale of replacement parts.
• Providing technical support and customer service throughout the entire process: from order receipt to shipping and invoicing.
• Collaborating with various company departments (Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Department) to ensure effective handling of technical and sales-related requests.
• Directly managing, following a period of training and mentoring, customers and agents in assigned territories.

For IMA Corazza we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant.
IMA Corazza is the division that manufactures dosing and packaging machines for the Food & Dairy industry.

Work Location: Bologna (BO)

The Role

• Preparing sales quotes for the sale of replacement parts;
• Providing technical support and customer service throughout the entire process: from order receipt to shipping and invoicing;
• Collaborating with various company departments (Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Department) to ensure effective handling of technical and sales-related requests;
• Directly managing, following a period of training and mentoring, customers and agents in assigned territories.

Experience & Skills

Compensation Package

The initial gross annual salary will be € 34.000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
