Joybuy seeks a Spain & Italy Marketplace Leader to own P&L for Spain and Italy, set strategy, and drive execution across product selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate with global stakeholders to align resources with growth goals.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in e-commerce, a strong grasp of European marketplaces and sellers, data-driven decision making, and fluency in English; proven success in building

• Strong understanding of European marketplace and sellers.
• Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations.

• Proven success in building long-term B2B and cross border partnerships.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As Spain& Italy Marketplace Leader, you will be accountable for the both countries marketplace business, owning P&L performance and delivering against clear input and output metrics across selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality.

You will operate as the single-threaded owner for the country, setting the strategic direction and driving disciplined execution. This role requires a leader who combines strong business judgment with operational rigor, and who can continuously raise the performance bar.

Key Responsibilities:
