Telespazio - Leonardo Space Division in Rome seeks a Legal Affairs specialist to provide and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support intercompany transactions.

With a Master’s in Law and 1–3 years PQE, you will liaise with business units, external advisors, and internal stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law
• Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy
• 1-3 years’ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Excellent knowledge of English; second language (French or Spanish) is a plus
• Strong analytical, planning and multitasking abilities with teamwork

Responsabilités

• Provide and draft legal advice for commercial contracts, tenders and intercompany agreements
• Support procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters
