Leaf Space S.r.l. is seeking a Technical Proposal Engineer to support and coordinate the technical development of customer proposals for institutional and commercial customers in the space sector.

Acting as the technical focal point during the bid phase, you will translate customer requirements into competitive, technically robust and executable solutions. Working across Engineering, Product, Operations, Sales and Business Development, you will coordinate technical contributions, contribute to

Competenze

• Master's degree required in aerospace/related fields with strong systems/engineering focus.
• 4-6 years experience in Systems/Proposal Engineering or Pre-Sales in aerospace/defence/high-tech sectors; ESA/EC/ASI experience advantageous.

Mansioni

• Analyse RFPs/ITTs/SOWs to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate technical proposal preparation across teams.
• Contribute to system architectures and technical solutions.
• Develop compliance matrices, technical descriptions and proposal docs.
• Estimate engineering effort, risks and assumptions; assess feasibility.
• Support pricing with technical inputs and resource estimates.
• Participate in customer clarification meetings and negotiations.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure consistency between technical docs, pricing and delivery plans.
• Support handover to projects and provide technical support during implementation.
• Improve proposal processes, templates and knowledge management.
