Job summary
Space Industries S.p.A. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the Business Development team in our aerospace-focused company. You will support the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating with technical, commercial and finance teams to deliver high-quality offers.
The role emphasizes analysis of customer requirements, proposal planning, and timely, accurate documentation across international teams. Strong communication in Italian and English is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing complex proposals and/or bids.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Manager from customer request analysis to offer presentation.
- Analyze RFQ/RFP documents for requirements, constraints and deadlines.
- Define and monitor the proposal plan with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
- Collect technical, economic and commercial information for proposal prep.
- Ensure internal consistency among stakeholders and timely documentation.
- Coordinate offer preparation and respond to clarifications from customers.
