Job summary

OHB Italia is seeking a Bid Manager in Milano to lead space project bids and coordinate proposals to major customers such as ESA, ASI, and EC. You will oversee the preparation of cover letters, management and financial volumes, and work closely with project managers, technical experts, and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in space sales or program leadership, strong English, and willingness to work in international teams with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of space industry experience in sales, PM, or lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Experience with ESA/ASI/EC procurement rules preferred.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid processes from proposal prep to submission with customers.
• Prepare Cover Letter, Management and Financial volumes per RFP.
• Organize industrial team structure, work breakdown, deliverables, schedule and costs.
• Interact with customers for clarifications and bid invitations; ensure timely submission.
• Lead negotiations post-submission until contract signature.
• Maintain contacts with prime contractors and key partners in Italy/Europe.
