Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in managing spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environments.
• Natural people leader with ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Guest-focused with a passion for wellness and personalised experiences.
• Solid business and financial understanding with revenue and profitability awareness.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Spa & Wellness team, overseeing performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee the spa operation, treatments, facilities, and guest services to the highest standards.
• Drive financial performance, manage budgets and commercial initiatives for profitability.
• Shape the spa experience with Seed to Skin, developing tailored treatments and programmes.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality meeting LQA standards.
