Hotel Pitrizza, part of LVMH Hotel Management, seeks a Spa & Activity Manager to lead guest wellness, spa, Kids Club, water sports and gym programs. You will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and manage budgets across all outlets to deliver a seamless, high-end experience.

You will coach and develop teams, elevate standards, and partner with leadership to craft bespoke guest experiences while maintaining strict luxury hospitality standards.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Strong background in spa operations; experience with leisure or recreational outlets is a plus
• Good knowledge of systems such as Opera, Micros, Spa Connect, or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong financial and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus

Join LVMH Hotel Management at Hotel Pitrizza as Spa & Activity Manager, leading a key area of the guest experience across the Spa, Kids Club, Water Sports, and Gym.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, service excellence, team management, and financial performance across all assigned outlets. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and high-end wellness and leisure experience, fully aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and develop bespoke experiences tailored to guest preferences. You will also play a central role in coaching and developing your teams, ensuring each area operates efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and care.
