Job summary

Deutsche Bank Italy seeks a Sales Specialist to support the Southern Europe Rates Sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients. You will assist in origination, structuring and execution of Rates transactions across cash and derivative products, while monitoring markets and providing market intelligence.

You will collaborate with Rates Trading, Structuring and Research to respond to client inquiries, price and execute transactions, and deliver presentations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and could be Magistrale or higher.
• Proficient knowledge of English and Italian; other languages a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and derivatives.
• Previous bank dealing room experience (internships count).
• Ability to leverage IT and AI tools to improve productivity while applying judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Southern Europe Rates Sales team in developing and maintaining institutional client relationships.
• Assist in origination, structuring and execution of Rates transactions across cash and derivative products.
• Monitor interest-rate markets, central-bank developments and macro trends; provide market intelligence.
• Develop and communicate trade ideas, market updates and tailored hedging solutions.
• Work with Rates Trading, Structuring and Research to respond to client inquiries and price/execute transactions.
• Prepare client presentations, business analytics and monitor client activity and pipeline.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, compliance and internal control requirements.
