Job summary

The internship offers exposure to lead generation, market research and sales support within a dynamic, international environment in Milan.

The role focuses on building knowledge of financial markets, refining outbound sales activities, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification: qualify and assess inbound leads from events and campaigns.
• Lead research: map markets, identify decision-makers, use LinkedIn and CRM tools.
• Sales presentation: assist in creating decks and materials for client meetings.
• Reporting & analytics: maintain CRM data, monitor pipelines, contribute to performance reports.
• Integrate value proposition across internal stakeholders to drive cross-selling.
• Develop product & market knowledge across Europe to translate developments into outbound sales.
