Automobili Lamborghini in Sant’Agata Bolognese offers a 6-month internship at the Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services). Enrolled or recent Master’s graduates in Management, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering with fluent Italian and English are invited to join a dynamic, international environment.

You will support staff in onboarding, training, and MUNER lectures, contribute to 5S, takt-time, safety trainings, and continuous improvements, with a flexible hybrid format and

Competenze

• Enrolled or fresh graduate in a Master’s in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field
• Fluent Italian and English; German a plus
• Analytical skills and target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems is a plus

We are looking forbrilliant candidates with a strong passion for theAutomotivesector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin adynamicandinternational context based in ourTraining Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• On-boarding Training path for production operators
• Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
• Technical and Safety trainings
• Definition and organization of new trainings
• MUNER University lectures organization and management
• Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
• Analytical Skills
• Target oriented
• Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus
