Automobili Lamborghini is seeking brilliant candidates for a 6-month internship at our Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at Sant’Agata Bolognese.

You will support staff in onboarding and training programs, including processes training (Takt-Time, 5S), technical and safety trainings, and the organization of new trainings and MUNER University lectures. Fluent Italian and English are required; German is a plus.

• Enrolled or recent master graduate in a relevant engineering field.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and target-oriented approach.

Mansioni

• Support onboarding training path for production operators.
• Assist with Processes Training (e.g., Takt-Time, 5S).
• Support technical and safety trainings and new training definitions.
• Organize MUNER University lectures and manage related activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and training optimization.

We are looking forbrilliant candidates with a strong passion for theAutomotivesector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin adynamicandinternational context based in ourTraining Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• On-boarding Training path for production operators
• Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
• Technical and Safety trainings
• Definition and organization of new trainings
• MUNER University lectures organization and management
• Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
• Analytical Skills
• Target oriented
• Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus
