Wabtec Corporation in Italy is seeking a Sourcing Performance Analyst in Piossasco to empower sourcing teams through rigorous analysis, digitalization, and data-driven decision making. You will lead tool dashboards, manage data standards, monitor supplier performance, and drive cost efficiency across Europe with up to 15% travel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Sourcing/Finance or Supply Chain, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Sourcing Management.
• 5+ years in Sourcing, Finance or Supply Chain in industrial manufacturing with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English; another European language is a plus.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills; familiarity with enterprise tools is a plus.
• Basic financial knowledge and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Manage tools inventory with the Functional Excellence team.
• Lead deployment and training for digitalization initiatives.
• Organize and maintain sourcing databases; build dashboards for quick insights.
• Synthesize analyses into actionable recommendations to influence purchasing decisions.
