Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Experience in structured industrial environments such as automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or complex supply chains.

Mansioni

• Manage sourcing and procurement projects in an international environment.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers globally.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and sourcing risks.
