Experteer Italy in Emilia-Romagna is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect materials, services, and facility capex procurement, driving cost efficiency and supply reliability. You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to optimize procurement processes and supplier performance.

The role involves PO management, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and continuous improvement across a global automation-focused organization.

Competenze

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, or facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Italian and business English.
• Willingness to travel within Northern Italy.

• Manage purchasing requests and issue POs for indirect materials, services, and facility capex.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category teams for supplier selection.
• Oversee PO lifecycle including updates and contract adjustments.
• Coordinate capital expenditure approval workflows.
• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence.
• Monitor supplier delivery and coordinate solutions.
• Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.

In this role, you will support indirect materials, services, and facility-related investments procurement to drive operational excellence and cost effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality procurement solutions aligned with business objectives. You'll manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and contract administration while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape procurement processes and supplier performance within a global automation-focused company.

• Assist in supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers as point of contact
• Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational, quality, delivery, or invoicing issues
• Analyze procurement data and support reporting
• Conduct occasional supplier visits to support project execution
• Education in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, or facilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Working knowledge of English for business communication; fluent Italian
• Analytical skills to interpret data and support reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office apps
• Availability for occasional travel within Northern Italy
