Job summary

Ent4bank is seeking a talented Software Engineer to work with the founding team in Milan and Luxembourg, building from scratch a fintech platform. You will help shape product architecture, develop payments-related software, and explore cutting-edge AI and mobile tech.

The role requires a master's degree with honors and 1–2 years of Linux development experience, with flexibility and willingness to relocate to Luxembourg.

Qualifications

• Master degree with honors in Computer Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science or related field.
• One or two years of professional experience with software development in Linux.
• Willingness to move to Luxembourg.
• Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant changes.
• Good written and oral communications skills.

We are looking for talented and motivated Software Engineering to join our newly born start-up in Milan and Luxembourg. The candidate will work back-to-back with the start-up CEO and Founder (ex CEO and co-founder of a major Italian internet Bank) to help building from scratch a potential fin-tech unicorn in an highly challenging and stimulant environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development and product roadmap planning taking the ownership of the products you work on.
• Help define the software architecture of the apps and then develop them
• Develop software algorithms for digital payments
• Develop software for legacy system interfaces
• Implement communication protocol for payments network
• Stay informed on new mobile and Artificial Intelligence development technologies, proposing and testing the promise one to make sure that we will always be on the cutting edge of the market
• Master degree with honors in Computer Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science or related field
• One or two years of professional experience with software development in Linux
• Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant changes
• Willingness to move in Luxembourg

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS or Ux Design
• Knowledge of digital payments
• Good written/oral communications skills
• Ability to interpret complex ideas, both written and oral, into simplified apps functions
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing the work, and following tasks through to completion autonomously respecting the time schedule.
