Ermes - AI & Browser Security is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join its Product team and shape the evolution of its web security platform. You will build intuitive, high-performance user-facing dashboards and interfaces, collaborating with Product Management, Research and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable front-end solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in front-end development, strong React and/or Angular skills, a solid foundation in HTML/CSS, and a keen focus

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development.
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React and/or Angular.
• Proven experience developing complex web applications, dashboards or user-facing interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern web development practices.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration between front-end apps and back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, testing and code quality.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
• Strong attention to security and privacy, with an understanding of secure coding principles.
• Disciplined approach to development, documentation and code structure.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to use AI coding agents daily to accelerate development, debugging and code review.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Product team and contribute to the development and evolution of our web security platform.

You will be primarily focused on building intuitive, reliable and high-performance user-facing experiences, with particular emphasis on two key areas of our product:

• Web dashboards and interfaces, used to provide customers with visibility, configuration and control over our security solutions.

You will work closely with Product Management, Research and Engineering teams, translating product requirements into scalable and high-quality front-end solutions. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers and contribute directly to the evolution of our product.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing environment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
• 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development;
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React and/or Angular;
• Proven experience developing complex web applications, dashboards or user-facing interfaces;
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern web development practices;
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration between front-end applications and back-end services;
• Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testing and code quality;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices;
• Strong attention to security and privacy, with an understanding of secure coding principles;
• Disciplined approach to development, documentation and code structure;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Willingness to use AI coding agents daily to accelerate development, debugging and code review;
• Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native or other cross-platform development frameworks;
• Experience developing and maintaining desktop/client applications;
• Experience with frameworks such as Electron, C#/.NET, WPF, WinForms, Qt or similar technologies;
• Experience with Windows and macOS application development;
• Familiarity with application performance analysis and optimization;
• Experience working on cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise products;
• Experience with AI-powered development tools and workflows;
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
