Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Social Media Intern starting from January 2027 to support the Digital Team. You will help develop social content, scout for trends, and bring fresh perspectives reflecting evolving platforms and audience languages.

You will assist in social planning, production prep, and project activation to strengthen Red Bull’s brand among core audiences. You will contribute to social editorial planning, identify new trends and communities, and support on-field activities during events

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Communications or related field.
• Strong interest in TikTok/YouTube and platform dynamics.
• Experience in creating social editorial plans is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.
• Good English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating social editorial plans with focus on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify trends, communities, and platforms through scouting activities.
• Generate fresh content ideas reflecting social media dynamics.
• Support community management alongside the agency to boost engagement.
• Manage files, documents, and internal reports for the team and stakeholders.
• Assist in production plan prep and use of internal tools after training.
• Coordinate information and materials for project development.
• Support team during events across Italy and on-site activities.
• Gather materials or information after events.
