Job summary

Fler in Milan, Italy is seeking a Content Creation & Social Media Intern to support our organic channels on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll contribute to editorial calendars, create videos and copy, and help drive our brand voice with authentic engagement.

You’re an early adopter of social media, comfortable appearing in Reels and Stories, with a strong sense of trends and effective storytelling in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with the possibility of arranging a curricular internship through your university.
• Availability for a 6-month, full-time internship.
• Strong knowledge of social media, current trends, and platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Storytelling and communication skills and an eye for what leading brands are doing.
• A passion for beauty and personal care.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication in Italian and English (C1 or higher).
• Strong alignment with Fler's values.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to social media content strategy on Instagram and TikTok, creating videos, engaging content, and copy.
• Help develop editorial calendar and adapt content based on performance and trends.
• Support community growth and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with content creators and ambassadors for launches and campaigns.
• Explore AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop content briefs for influencer campaigns.
