Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to join our Social Media Customer Support team in Lisbon. You will assist customers via social media and digital channels, providing timely solutions and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

The role includes full training and onboarding in Lisbon, with relocation assistance. A 12-month renewable contract offers a 40-hour workweek with rotating shifts and flight ticket reimbursement plus private health insurance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• English level B1/B2 or higher.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

About the Position

We are looking for Italian-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join our Social Media Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start.

Please note:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
