Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month, full-time Social Media Customer Care role in Lisbon, starting September/October. You will manage social channels, assist customers, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to company standards.

Eligibility to work in Portugal and ability to work in Lisbon is required. You will join an international team, receive onboarding, and benefit from relocation support, health insurance, and language classes to help you settle

About the Role

We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You Bring

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
