Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon seeks fluent Italian speakers to join our Social Media Customer Care team for a 12-month contract. You will be the voice of the brand across social media, helping customers with questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

About The Role

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon. You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
