NXP Semiconductors in Italy is seeking a Principal SoC Program Manager to drive planning and execution of advanced MCU/SoC projects within the Intelligent Edge and AI strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams across architecture, design, verification, and production releases.

You will create and maintain plans, manage risks, facilitate reviews with global stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding disciplined project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Experience in semiconductor or SoC development projects.

Mansioni

• Drive design programs through all SoC development phases from architecture to silicon release.
• Lead the local PM office and standardize SoC development flow across R&D.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate reviews with global cross-functional stakeholders and report progress.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation; support escalation and decision making.
