Job summary

Golden Goose is seeking a Technical Office Intern to join the SNK Product Development Team in Venice. You will support the creation, maintenance and conversion of BOMs into production DIBAs, ensuring data accuracy and proper transfer across documents.

The role suits a precise, organized person who enjoys structured information and collaboration with Product and other teams. Fluent Italian and good English are required; the internship lasts six months with €700 monthly reimbursement and meal

Responsibilities

• Support the Product team in creating and maintaining BOMs for Sneakers.
• Enter, update and verify product information, materials, components, codes and quantities.
• Assist in converting BOMs into production DIBAs, ensuring data consistency across documents.
• Cross-check data between documents and systems and report discrepancies.
• Keep technical documentation accurate, complete and up to date throughout development and production.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to gather required information for documentation.
• Perform administrative and data-entry tasks related to product documentation.

We are looking for a Technical Office Intern to join our SNK Product Development Team, based in Venice (VE).

The ideal candidate will support the creation, maintenance and conversion of BOMs (Bill of Materials / technical sheets) into production DIBAs, ensuring that information is accurate, complete and correctly transferred across different documents and systems.

The role is particularly suited to a precise, organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with structured information, data and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product team in the creation and maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials / technical sheets) for Sneakers.
• Enter, update and verify product information, materials, components, codes and quantities within the relevant documentation.
• Support the conversion of BOMs into production DIBAs, ensuring consistency and accuracy of all information.
• Cross-check data between different documents and systems, identifying and reporting discrepancies or missing information.
• Support the team in keeping technical documentation accurate, complete and up to date throughout the product development and production process.
• Collaborate with Product and other internal teams to collect and verify the information required for technical documentation.
• Perform administrative and data-entry activities related to product documentation.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers, codes, data and structured information.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with digital tools and databases.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and proactively ask for clarification when information is incomplete.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
