Moncler in Milan seeks an IT Logistics Intern to join our Worldwide Information Technology Team at our Global HQ in Milan for a 6-month internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain processes and ERP/WMS/TMS systems, participate in SIT/UAT, and support project documentation and training. Monthly allowance of €800 and meal vouchers available.

The role requires a recent STEM graduate, English proficiency, and interest in logistics and project management.

Competenze

• Recent graduate in a STEM discipline, preferably Engineering.
• Interest in Logistics and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with project monitoring tools (Atlassian suite) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Mansioni

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Logistics Intern to join our Worldwide Information Technology Team at our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In This Role, You Will

• Analyze and gain an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes, with a particular focus on industrial and distribution logistics
• Learn the IT systems supporting logistics processes and their integration within the Supply Chain ecosystem, primarily ERP, WMS and TMS
• Contribute to digital transformation projects, with a particular focus on the multi-year implementation of a new WMS across distribution centers
• Participate in functional and technical analysis workshops, gathering, understanding and managing business requirements
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare the related documentation
• Organize training activities on new operating procedures
• Support the updating and monitoring of project plans, including Gantt charts, milestones and progress KPIs
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of project documentation, including Steering Committee materials, project status reports (SAL) and summary materials for stakeholders
• Learn how to use project management and monitoring tools for complex projects, such as Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with the various teams involved in the projects, including IT, Logistics Business, 3PL providers, software vendors and consultants

Qualification

• Recent graduate in a STEM discipline, preferably Engineering
• Interest in and/or academic background in Logistics and/or Project Management
• Knowledge of key business applications (ERP, WMS, TMS) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Familiarity with project monitoring tools (e.g. the Atlassian suite) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English
