Experteer Italy is seeking a Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across sites, ensuring safe, on-time OS&M delivery and warranty retrofits. You will manage budgets, coordinate internal and external resources, and act as the primary client contact for maintenance and delivery activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in rail or similar industries, a Master’s in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, and fluent English

Competenze

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites
• Drive team performance with clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement

• Oversee all OS&M activities including planning and execution
• Implement delivery and maintenance strategies within budget and timelines
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating resources

• Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency projects
• Prepare and present site performance, delivery, and maintenance reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and HSE standards
• Collaborate with Quality, Materials Management, and Engineering
• Support definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies
• Coordinate retrofits and modifications during warranty periods
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian proficiency mandatory
