Hitachi Rail S.p.A. in Naples or Pistoia seeks a Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee operations, service and maintenance across sites.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a master’s degree in engineering, fluent English and Italian language skills, and strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
• Oversee all Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M) activities, including planning and execution.
• Guarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.
