Hitachi Rail is seeking a Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Naples or Pistoia, Italy, and involves both administrative and strategic tasks.

The candidate will lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams, oversee OS&M activities, ensure safety and quality, manage budgets and deliverables, and liaise with clients on maintenance and delivery.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

• Leadership & Team Coordination: Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all OS&M activities, including planning and execution.
