Alstom is seeking a Project Installation Manager to plan and execute all site operations for railway systems across multiple Italian sites, including Bologna, with travel across Italy. You will coordinate Installation Engineering, Design, Procurement and Logistics, ensuring on-site installation and testing aligns with safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of field work experience in the railway sector.
• Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems.
• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety; knowledge of local legal requirements.
• Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing directions and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, Procurement and Logistics.
• Deliver and maintain installation and Test & Commissioning plans and work packages.
• Manage Sub-contractors and interfaces with 3rd parties (facilities providers, Civil Work partners).
• Coordinate Installation Engineering & Design for the complete System and integrate input from Sub-System Engineering.
• Ensure EHS compliance and continuous installation performance improvement on the project.
