DHL Supply Chain in Calvignasco (MI) seeks a Site Manager Transport_Fashion Network to lead a small team and manage the Fashion Network operations within Planned Transport.

You will oversee partner networks, negotiate terms, ensure service quality, and drive cost efficiency while strengthening customer and supplier relationships. Prior experience in logistics leadership and cost control is essential.

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree; relevant industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership roles in logistics, transport, or supply chain.

We are looking for an Site Manager Transport_Fashion Network | Calvignasco (MI)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the operational activities of the Fashion Network within the Planned Transport business, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of 4–5 people (working on shift patterns for 6 days per week), manage the operational and financial performance of your area, and play a key role in developing transportation partners and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 people, ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Manage and develop the network of transportation partners and suppliers, identifying new opportunities through market scouting and supplier acquisition activities.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring processes, service quality, and compliance with DHL standards and procedures.
• Manage the financial performance of the assigned area, monitoring costs and contributing to P&L management.
• Negotiate rates, service agreements, and commercial conditions with transportation partners, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with Quality and Security teams during supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies, solving problems, and collaborating with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree; relevant industry experience will be considered a priority over formal qualifications.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Site Manager, or similar leadership role within logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
• Strong operational management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Solid understanding of cost management and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Intermediate English

Salary Range: 45.000 – 55.000€ Gross Annual Salary
