Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years as site manager in construction.
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
Willingness to relocate.
Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Study project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, PO and subcontract requisitions.
Report project progress to the Project Manager.
Oversee subcontractors' installation works with site engineers.
Report daily about materials received onsite.
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to arrange deliveries.
Monitor compliance with technical requirements and applicable norms.
Manage site facilities: rent offices, utilities, organize cleaning with suppliers.
Liaise with DL and CSE as necessary.
Assume the role of Preposto under Italian HSE legislation.
