Responsibilities
  • Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;
  • Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;
  • Driving employee engagement programs;
  • Keeping HRIS system up to date;
  • Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;
  • Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;
  • Management of well being initiatives;
  • Define training priorities and implement training plan
  • Follow-up of employees management KPIs
