FieldCore is seeking a Site EHS Specialist in Italy to oversee environmental health and safety for field personnel, ensuring compliance with EHS policies and local regulations. You will conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and promote a NO HARM culture across sites.

The role requires extensive travel, flexibility for holidays and overtime, and strong Italian safety regulatory knowledge with good English.

Competenze

• Completion of OSHA 30 Training or equivalent.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate or working towards Occupational Safety qualification.
• Proficiency in Italian with good English level.

Mansioni

• Manage field personnel to ensure compliance with EHS policies and standards.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Deliver site orientation training and ensure contractors meet EHS requirements.
• Review permit systems, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space procedures and FieldCore Lift Plans.
• Provide classroom-based EHS training as required.
