Element Solutions Inc in Italy is seeking a safety professional to advance our regulatory programs. You will work on updating safety and environmental practices, reporting to the Safety and Environment Manager, and collaborating across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline (chemistry, environmental science) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Seveso establishment under major accident hazard regulations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical regulations including REACH and CLP.
• Good understanding of chemistry and toxicology.

Mansioni

• Monitor and interpret national and international regulations, translating into operational practices.
• Review technical documentation and SDS classifications and labeling.
• Ensure product compliance and support regulatory obligations and notifications.
• Contribute to chemical risk assessments and preventive measures.
• Provide regulatory support to R&D, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Support emergency management at a Seveso establishment.
• Deliver internal training on regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and improve compliance processes.
