Bonatti is seeking a Site Administrative professional to join the Administration, Finance & Control team and support project sites in Italy. The role focuses on accounting, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with corporate policy.

You will assist the Site Finance Manager with budgeting, accounts payable, and internal controls, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to keep sites financially on track and aligned with corporate objectives.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or similar.
• Experience in similar roles within a corporate environment; knowledge of JDEdwards and MS Office.
• Fluent English; availability to relocate to Europe.

We are currently looking for a Site Administratrive to join our Administration, Finance & Control Department and work at one of our project sites.Per una comprensione completa di questa opportunità e dei requisiti per essere un candidato di successo, continui a leggere.The ideal candidate will support and assistance to the Site Finance Manager for site Business Service activities, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for General Accounting functions at the site including monthly journal entry processing, balance sheet account reconciliations, reviewing GL coding on purchase requisitions and work orders for proper cost classification, update asset records for acquisitions and disposals.Process the site payroll for management and employees.Verify that all accounting and budgeting activity is in accordance with Corporate Policies and Procedures, process purchase requisitions, journal entries, account reconciliations, general plant recordkeeping, and inventory accuracy tests.Advise and support resident manager and site personnel in implementation of Corporate financial policies and internal controls; manage site participation in internal financial audits and requests for site financial information; partner with senior site management in achieving site goals.Assist in the preparation of the site annual budget in accordance to established schedule and guidelines, collaborate with site and cross-functional teams to develop an annual budget, and support the development and maintenance of site and Business Unit short and long-range work plans.Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and other monitoring tools to support the goals and targets for the site and Business Units.Participate in corporate and site system and process improvement activities, enterprise management systems.

Requirements:

Degree in Economics or similar.Previous experience in similar roles, preferably gained in a structured corporate environment; Knowledge of JDEdwards and proficiency in the main Microsoft Office applications.English fluent.Availability to relocate to our projects in Europe and Extra-EU countries following the initial assignment in Italy.
