LHH is recruiting a Financial Controller for the Headquarters in Bolzano, Italy. The role sits in the Finance Team as a junior financial controller, supporting month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and tender analysis, with exposure to international projects.

The candidate will join an international team, participate in a targeted training path to enhance both soft and hard skills, and benefit from relocation support and up to two days of smart working per week within Bolzano.

Competenze

• Master degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced level of English (B2).
• Experience in auditing or accounting.

Mansioni

• Monitor profitability by market and product.
• Support month-end, business plan, budget and forecast activities.
• Prepare and analyse project figures ensuring alignment with targets.

For a leading multinational manufacturing company (multi-plant, international), we are recruiting a Financial Controller for the Headquarters in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team, playing a key role as junior financial controller. He/She will support the Team in following tasks:

• Monitoring the Business profitability by market and product
• Taking part in the month-end, business plan, budget and forecast activities elaborating/analysing the commercial figures
• Preparing and analysing the Project figures to ensure consistency with targets
• Monitor the KPIs related to project execution and assessing their impacts
• Supporting the Business Plan preparation for the new tenders: from collecting the data to preparing the report package for the Senior Leadership

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Previous experience in auditing or accounting

The resource will be part of an international team and will take part in a training path aimed at improving both soft and hard skills
